Dry Walkers Temporary Gaiter System
Born from the idea of safe water crossing, Dry Walker has gained acceptance and acclaim in their native Scotland and many wilderness areas round the world.
Dry Walkers feature an above knee polythene gaiter with slip-resistant reinforced sole and 15mm rand, cords keep the gaiter in place at ankle and knee. They weigh 7oz and pack down to envelope size.

Especially effective in the wide flowing rivers of the Himalaya and Iceland, they have proven equally effective during TGO Challenge across Scotland walk since 1993. organised by The Great Outdoors magazine. Many participants who used the gaiter system spoke highly of their design, effectiveness and durability.
Extensive testing carried out by their designer, lain McMillan, crossing some of the roughest country in northern Europe has achieved over 30 river crossings using the same gaiters.
